A sea urchin on the rocks

That is how L'Eriçó del Trampolí describes itself: a sea urchin (eriçó) that has been around for years and years, settled on the rocks of the Trampolí cove, on the coast of Dénia. A corner of the Mediterranean where you can follow the sun and watch the sea and the horizon turn orange at every sunset. They open every day of the year and have parking close to the restaurant.

From the sea to the table

Their cooking starts from one idea: good flavour begins with good produce, which the kitchen respects as much as possible. The grill is always fired with organic coconut charcoal, and the rice dishes are made with rice from the Albufera. The menu covers starters, seafood, cocas, fried dishes, salads, soups, grilled meat and fish, rice dishes and desserts.

Until the sun goes down

The restaurant opens at midday and carries on into the evening; the kitchen runs from 13:00 to 22:00, and on Sundays only at lunchtime. To go with it there are wines by the glass and by the bottle, vermouths, premium gin and tonics and cocktails. Bookings can be made by phone or through their website.
