Oasis, Mediterranean calm on the Portitxol road
Among palm trees, arches and terracotta floors, Oasis Restaurante offers a travelling Mediterranean cuisine in Jávea – tapas, salads, rice dishes and meat – under a motto that says it all: “Mediterranean Calm”.
A palm garden for unhurried meals
Oasis stands at number 34 on the Portitxol road in Jávea, and it lives up to its name: wooden tables are spread across a terrace shaded by tall palm trees, beneath whitewashed arches and beside stone walls hung with clay pots. Indoors, a dining room of arches and wooden beams hosts lunches and dinners when the weather turns cooler.
A Mediterranean, travelling cuisine
This is how they introduce their menu: “Oasis is based on our beloved Mediterranean, a traveling cuisine”, with dishes that celebrate good produce and invite you to discover their “universes”, signed by the chef. There is a garden universe of salads, tartares and boards; a tapas universe for sharing; and a rice universe, served at lunchtime only and for a minimum of two people.
