Helen Van Esch's terrace, facing the sea in Altea

After 19 years alongside her husband, Swiss chef Roland Broggi, at Restaurante D’els Artistes, Helen Van Esch set up her own project: a terrace near the beach in Altea.

The idea, with Roland's support, was to keep the usual standard in a fresher concept: dishes made with the freshest produce from the bay and the finest meats, paired with a good list of wines and champagnes.
