Tula is Borja Susilla and Clara Puig's restaurant beside the Arenal beach in Xàbia (Av. de la Libertad, 36). Their approach is seasonal cooking with Mediterranean ingredients, inspired by home cooking from the Levante; the menu changes completely twice a year and there are off-menu dishes every day.
