Amore is JaveaCompany’s restaurant on the Dársena Babor in the port of Dénia. The group describes it as a journey for the senses that starts in Italy, takes in the charm of France and celebrates the passion of Spain, in a setting with a festive touch.

The menu

The menu moves from tapas and starters to share, through a “Paseo por Italia” of pasta dishes, to rice, fish and meat cooked in a Josper charcoal oven. A few dishes that define it:

• Mariscada al carbóncharcoal-grilled shrimps, carabinero prawn, mussels, cockles and king prawns
• BouillabaisseFrench rock-fish stew with king prawns and mussels
• Sicilian caserecce pastawith truffled brie, mushrooms and fresh spinach
• Paella Imperialrice with Japanese A5 wagyu loin
• Tournedos Rossinibeef tenderloin with mushroom sauce, foie gras and truffle
• Crème brûléewith red berries

Menú Bistronomique

At lunchtime they serve the Menú Bistronomique: amuse-bouche, starter, main course, homemade dessert or coffee and a Teulada moscatel, for €28.50, according to their current menu.

Their website gives opening hours of 12:00 to midnight, and pets are welcome.
