Chabada, from breakfast to cocktails facing the Arenal

On Xàbia's Paseo Amanecer, Chabada opens every day from 8 am with non-stop kitchen service: breakfasts, tapas, rice dishes, world cuisine and cocktails with the beach right in front.

A garden by the promenade

Chabada presents itself as a cocktail bar «since 1985» and is part of the Jávea Company group. Its terrace looks out over the palm trees and the sand of the Arenal, and inside, under the reed canopy and among plants, wicker lamps and colourful cushions, lies «Le jardin de Chabada». They work without bookings: just turn up with a little time to spare and the team will find you a table as soon as possible. It is also pet friendly.

A menu for the whole day

The day starts with breakfasts, served until 1 pm, and continues with sandwiches and bocadillos, tapas and salads, rancheras and burgers, pizzas, paellas and rice dishes, the world cuisine section «Voyages - Voyages», desserts, a children's menu, the wine cellar and cocktails. Some examples from the menu:

• British breakfasteggs, toast, bacon, sausage, tomato, pancakes, fresh orange juice and coffee or tea
• Budhatoast with avocado, hummus, radishes, cashews, cherry tomatoes, blueberries and a smoothie
• Tempura de chopitos al jengibreginger tempura baby squid, among the tapas
• Sepia a la planchagrilled cuttlefish with green sauce
• Paella valencianarice, vegetables, chicken and pork; minimum two people
• Curry verde thaïsea bass and seafood with basmati rice
• Pollo al horno «Marrakech»roast chicken with French fries

To take away

The menu is also available for take away, and the house offers a gift card and its own app from the Jávea Company group.
