More than fifty years by the Mediterranean

Los Baños Sunshine – LBS to its regulars – opened in 1974. Ever since, it has been a Mediterranean restaurant a couple of steps from the beach in Dénia, open almost all year round, from breakfast to the last cocktail.

From garden to table

They cook with fresh, seasonal produce, much of it from their own vegetable garden, and work with local producers. The menu keeps a Mediterranean essence, with healthy options and touches of fusion, and covers breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails by the sea.

Their own beer and Tiki cocktails

They brew their own organic beers, with water from the Duero and citrus notes that recall the local oranges, and recommend their “Tiki” cocktails. For their 50th anniversary they launched a campaign with Greenpeace on protecting posidonia seagrass meadows, with a special label for their Verdejo white wine.

According to the restaurant, Forbes magazine has named it among the 25 best beach bars in Spain for the third year running. Pets are welcome.
