The power of design
Shaping space through detail, by KVC Luxury Construction
Two villas. Same floor plan. Same volumes. Same double-height space filled with natural light. So what really makes them different? The answer is simple. The design.
If the Design Changes, Everything Changes
Two villas. Same floor plan. Same volumes. Same double-height space filled with natural light. So what really makes them different? The answer is simple. The design.
From the very beginning, each villa was conceived with a different identity. One follows a modern, minimalist language. Clean lines, sharp geometry, controlled contrasts. The other is inspired by Ibiza and Mediterranean architecture. Softer, warmer, more organic, with textures and natural transitions. And once that direction is defined, every decision follows. Including the staircase.
In both villas, the objective was the same: to create a staircase that feels light, almost floating within the space. But the way we achieved it is completely different. In the Ibiza-style villa, we worked with curves and material continuity. A hand-crafted concrete staircase, shaped on site, with rounded edges and a mineral texture. The light glides over the surface, reinforcing the softness of the space.
In the modern villa, the approach is more precise and structured. A custom-made steel staircase, with clean lines and strong geometry, combined with wooden steps to introduce warmth and balance.
Same position. Same function. Completely different expression. Because in architecture, design is not about one element. It is about coherence.
At KVC, every detail, from materials to structure, is part of a global vision. And that is what truly transforms a villa.
