On July 3rd, EuroJavea officially unveiled Villa Manila, a new-build villa located in the privileged setting of the Montgó Valley in Jávea. More than 100 guests—clients, collaborators, and friends—enjoyed a day celebrating Mediterranean architecture, design, and lifestyle.
Designed by the TO DO studio, Villa Manila stands out for its contemporary elegance with a Mediterranean essence. Spread over a single floor, it offers five en-suite bedrooms, a bright living area open to the outdoors, and more than 300 m² of outdoor space with a garden, pool, and barbecue area. The stunning views of the Montgó Mountains and the quality of its finishes particularly impressed our international guests.
The interior furnishings by Omelette Editions, the exterior pieces by POINT, and the impeccable execution of Edificaciones RC contributed to the success of this project, which combines comfort, design, and sustainability.
The event was much more than a real estate presentation: it was a true celebration with live music, local cuisine, and a vibrant atmosphere that reflects the spirit of EuroJavea.
