Saladar is a supermarket founded in Jávea in 1999 by José Vidal Oller, with a second shop in Els Poblets; the one on the Carretera del Portitxol covers more than 300 m². It offers fresh products from Dutch, British, German, French and Swiss brands alongside Spanish products, with bakery, fruit and vegetables, butcher's, delicatessen, fishmonger's and organic sections, as well as online shopping.
