Much more than accommodation

On a 3,600 m² private estate in Jávea, opposite XIC International College, José and Alicia open their home to a maximum of four girls aged 14 to 18 each school year.

Each student has her own suite in the students' house, separate from the family home: 15 m², a 135 cm bed, a private bathroom with shower, a 65″ television, a desk and a built-in wardrobe. The shared area brings together a living room, dining room and kitchen, with 1 Gb WiFi throughout.

Life on the estate

Meals, study and free time are shared with the family, who live on the same estate with their two daughters. There is a pool, sun loungers, 2,000 m² of gardens and a private gym. At weekends the family cooks paella and plans outings near the sea.

What the place includes

Fees and terms are sent in a dossier after a first video call, which includes a live tour of the house.

Schools

XIC International College is opposite the house and Laude Lady Elizabeth School about 14 minutes away by car. The family helps prepare the school application, while making clear that it does not represent any school and that admission is up to each one. The school year runs from 1 September to 20 June.
