Three sisters raised in Xàbia

Vicens Ash Properties is a family estate agency in Jávea run by three sisters who grew up here. They guide buyers and owners, many of them from abroad, from valuation to handing over the keys.

The founders are Faye, Lucy and Sarah Hobbs. According to the agency, what they bring is a lifetime of knowledge of Jávea, with a local track record going back to 1995: the town's planning rules, the coastal law and the northern Costa Blanca market. They work in Spanish and English, and their motto is "no pressure, just results".

The team is completed by Deborah Buxton, office coordinator; Rubén Vicens Hobbs and Fred De Reys, sales advisors; Mike Smith, property advisor, and Steven Muñoz, in the support team.

What they offer

Sales of villas, apartments, townhouses and plots in Jávea, Benitachell, Gata de Gorgos and Pedreguer, plus rentals, holiday rentals and business transfers. Before every transaction they check title and planning compliance, and for buyers who want to renovate they coordinate the project with trusted architects and builders, a service led by Faye. After the purchase they keep helping with paperwork and local contacts.
