HG Hamburg: more than five decades on the northern Costa Blanca

From its office in Jávea, HG Hamburg has been guiding international clients through the purchase and sale of exceptional properties on the northern Costa Blanca for more than 50 years.

A family business with a German identity

Walter Arp founded HG Hamburg in the early 1970s, when a holiday home cost around 65,000 German marks. Today it is run by Julia Arp, his granddaughter and the third generation of the family, who returned to the Costa Blanca in 2015 after an international career. They describe themselves as «a Spanish company with a German identity»: closeness to the region and an understanding of the Mediterranean way of life, combined with the reliability and rigour their international clients have valued for decades.

Villas, country estates and discreet sales

Their portfolio covers modern sea-view villas, Mediterranean country estates, exclusive new-build developments and unique plots in Jávea, Moraira, Dénia, Benissa and Altea. Beyond what they publish on their website, they hold a selection of off-market properties, their «secret sales», offered only to selected buyers.
