A family agency

Behind the agency are brothers Rudi and Alex Janssens. Belgian-born Alex, a registered agent with API Alicante (no. A036), has worked in every area of the property business since 1995, from construction and renovation to buying and selling. Rudi has 25 years of experience and has consolidated 13 luxury agencies in collaboration with the Knight Frank group. Together they combine local presence with international influence, looking after each client in their own language from first contact to signing.
