Bellahouse describes itself as a Dutch developer and estate agent on the Costa Blanca. It is the property arm of Bella Group, which calls it “more than a real estate agency”: a direct route to a dream home or second residence, from construction and development through to sale, with no need for intermediaries.

Two branches, one house

As a developer, Bellahouse builds its own projects and custom-built villas; as an agency, it also offers carefully selected new-build homes by other developers across the whole Costa Blanca, north and south. Its team includes architects, interior designers, lawyers, after-sales staff and agents, and it describes itself as a “one-stop shop” that guides clients from start to finish.

A complete service

Its in-house lawyer checks the paperwork on every purchase and advises buyers as part of a full-service package the company offers free of charge. The sales team speaks Dutch and Flemish, and Bellahouse attends second-home fairs every year to meet future clients.

The projects

Its developments include Residencial Oceanic, 42 detached villas with sea views beside a nature park; Oceanic Luxury Apartments above Ciudad Quesada, with private pools and shared areas including a gym, sauna and pools; and Casa Lola in Formentera del Segura, with an elongated pool running through the plot. Completed projects include Edificio Valentina and the Peacock, Tranquility and Majestic villas.
