From its office in Altea's marina, Costa Blanca Investments helps buyers from around the world find a home on the northern Costa Blanca.
It was founded by Darcy Maxim and Bruno Felipe in 2020. They work from Altea and Calpe to Jávea and Moraira, including L'Alfàs del Pi, Finestrat and Benissa. According to the agency, they have since completed more than 156 international transactions worth over 47 million euros.
How they work
Their strength is the way each home is presented: they have their own photographer and produce video and content aimed at overseas buyers. The team also includes Sofía Moya Gibson, sales director; Chloe Troch, office administration; Saskia Hjorthen Navarro, legal administration, and Brianna Evans, social media.
What they offer
Buying and selling homes, investment advice and full legal and financial coordination: mortgages, NIE, bank accounts and tourist licences. Sellers get international marketing for their property.
