Pepe Giuliano has lived in Jávea since childhood and has been buying and selling property since 1993. Today he looks after buyers and sellers from the Giuliano Villas office on Avenida de la Libertad, in the Arenal area.

He started out working for other agencies before becoming the owner of Giuliano Villas SL. The team speaks Spanish, English, German and Italian, and supports clients before, during and after a purchase – plots, villas and apartments, new or resale, in Jávea and the surrounding towns.

What they offer

They build, too

The agency has a qualified team for renovations, extensions and new builds, along with painters, electricians and plumbers; it also builds swimming pools and installs central heating and air conditioning. Their motto here: no job is too small.
