A Jávea family business, now in its second generation

From its office in Jávea port, Eurojavea buys, sells, builds and renovates luxury homes in Jávea. Lydia Fremeijer founded it in 1998, and today it is run by her son, Stephan Fremeijer.

Lydia Fremeijer, who was Dutch, had lived in Jávea since 1987 and worked as an estate agent since 1995 when she founded the agency. Her son Stephan, who has lived in Jávea since he was three, now heads sales, marketing and the construction, projects and investment division. He works with a team of nine; María José Roselló, head of administration, has been there from the start.

According to the agency, it has now completed more than a thousand transactions. It handles villas, apartments and plots in Jávea, and the team speaks Spanish, English, Dutch, French, Croatian and Russian.

Renovation and new builds

Eurojavea also manages renovation and new-build projects from start to finish: it assesses feasibility, provides a detailed, no-obligation quote with a delivery date, and carries out the work with its team of architects and local companies. Its website shows completed projects such as Villa Tosalet, Villa Costa Nova and a penthouse in the Port, and projects under way such as Ca Áurea, at the foot of Montgó.

For buyers

The agency accompanies buyers from the first viewing to the notary and takes care of the paperwork, contracts and documentation.
