From Jávea, Koch & Varlet sells luxury homes on the northern Costa Blanca and, with its own construction company, also builds and renovates them.
Founded by Oliver Koch and Maeva Varlet, the agency works in Dénia, Jávea, Moraira-Teulada and Benissa. Their motto sums it up: real estate is not about volume, but about precision, purpose and people.
This year they won the European Property Awards 2026-2027 in the Real Estate Agency – Single Office, Spain category. The judges recognised their personalised service, the selection and presentation of their properties, their knowledge of the Jávea market and their ability to handle complex transactions with discretion.
From sale to construction
They are part of KVC Capital Group, together with their own construction company, KVC Luxury Construction. This allows them to offer turnkey projects: homes designed or renovated to the buyer's taste, such as Villa Azahar at the foot of Montgó or Ca' Coralina in Portitxol.
