A family estate agency born in Jávea

MORAGUESPONS Mediterranean Houses is a family business born and raised in Jávea. It is run by Silvia and Carlos Moragues, who took over from their father, Juan Moragues.

They handle villas, apartments, townhouses, country estates and plots in Jávea and the northern Costa Blanca, both new-build and resale. Each buyer has their own adviser, a 'real estate personal shopper' who looks after them from start to finish; for clients who prefer privacy, they come to their home.

For sellers

They study each home's potential and suggest small changes to present it better. Valuations are based on a free market study, and owners follow the marketing in real time through their own client portal. They also manage long-term rentals.
