The foundations of a made-to-measure home

“We lay the foundations of your future home.” That is how Bella Group introduces its construction company, Bella Construction, which offers to design a home from scratch around each client’s ideas and build it with the skill and precision of a professional team, whether an apartment, a townhouse or a villa.

From zero, with you

The approach begins by listening: understanding the client’s needs and aspirations and guiding them through the whole process with expert advice, so that every decision reflects their vision. With no intermediaries, the company takes care of everything.

A committed team

The company stresses the quality of its work and the dedication of its people: from architects to builders, every member of the team is committed to excellence and meticulous attention to detail. The group also includes a developer, an estate agency and kitchen and furniture shops; in developments such as Residencial Oceanic, the kitchens are by Bella Kitchens and the interiors by Bella Furniture.

Residencial Oceanic

Its projects include Residencial Oceanic in Rojales: 42 detached villas on the southern Costa Blanca which, according to developer Bellahouse, overlook a nature park and enjoy sea views, with a high standard of finish and the option to personalise each home.
