Ibiza-inspired Mediterranean villas

Alba Villa Design is a Jávea studio that designs, renovates and builds Ibiza-style villas on the Costa Blanca, along with their gardens.

The studio works with white volumes, natural stone, wood and lime plaster, and designs built-in furniture, niches, wardrobes and TV walls as part of the architecture itself. It handles new builds, full renovations of traditional houses, Mediterranean gardens with outdoor kitchens, and 3D renders for architects, developers and estate agents.

How they work

Every project goes through four stages: a concept based on the client's lifestyle, an architectural design ready for the planning application, construction with the client kept informed at every step, and the final interior styling. They work in Jávea, Moraira, Benissa, Benitachell and Dénia.

Their own development

Alongside private commissions, Alba Villa Design develops its own villas. The one it is presenting now is Villa Corb in Benissa: 158 m² built on a 632 m² plot, three en-suite bedrooms, a design pool, an outdoor kitchen and a roof terrace with sea views.
