TOMAS AMAT - Villa Apiarium - Alicante

The project is developed on a plot of about 1,000.00 m² with a very steep slope between two parallel streets, with a drop of more than 7 m. Tall.

The main street is oriented to the north, and although it is not the best orientation for a home, the impressive views of the Biar castle make us decide to design the home prioritizing the views.

The program of the house is very simple and consists of a day area on the ground floor, with the living-dining room and kitchen pieces that face the main facade, and two auxiliary pieces (study and laundry room) that open onto an English patio. dug into the plot to provide natural light and ventilation to both. A small hammam is also projected next to the study, which is perfectly integrated into it. This floor has 180.00 m² built and has a magnificent covered terrace on the upper floor.

On the first floor, the night area is developed, which is made up of two double bedrooms and a bathroom, in the highest area, covered with black Neolith, and a double room with dressing room and integrated bathroom, covered with Tecnocemento gray, which is inserted in the previous one. The terrace of the main room has the best views of the castle. This plant has 151.00 m².

The overflowing pool also looks towards the castle, and extends the footprint of the main room in plan.
