Born from a dream shared between our team and its happy owners, this villa under construction is much more than just a project: it represents our passion, our know-how and our commitment to building unique homes, rooted in their surroundings and in the Mediterranean art of living.

Located at the foot of the majestic Montgó, in Jávea, this property is the fruit of a bespoke creation, imagined and designed by our KVC team. Inspired by the traditional estates of Mallorca, it elegantly takes up the codes of Mediterranean architecture: Mallorcan-style shutters, façades clad in hand-carved dry stone, gabled roof covered with aged tiles... Every detail has been thought out to tell a story: that of a legacy reinterpreted with excellence.

With an interior area of 880 m² distributed over three floors, the house offers exceptional volumes and a welcoming atmosphere: four suites, five bathrooms, a double-height living room, a custom-made kitchen, office, home cinema, spa, lift, wine cellar... All bathed in natural light, with open views of the green mountains of the valley and facing south to enjoy the sun all year round.

Noble materials, such as travertine marble in various formats, exposed wooden beams or large-format windows in a rust tone, enhance the timeless elegance of this residence. Outside, a spectacular mirror pool with overflow on all four sides completes this exceptional picture.
