CASA GOLF - ENESEIS - ARCHITECTURE

The location of the plot, on the beach of San Juan, Alicante, was the starting point of this project. It is located in a developing area where the views are unobstructed thanks to the open area that forms the golf course.

Through its “U” shape, we seek to close it to the outside, isolating itself from the neighboring buildings, opening to the north, where the user lives and where the main views are. It is there where the house becomes permeable, without losing the intimate spaces that were sought.

The house is located looking for the slopes of the plot, leaning subtly on the ground, giving it its unique presence.

The lower level absorbs much of the program, public uses are organized in a single room in the shape of an “L”, allowing privacy in the rooms but without losing the connection between them. The rest areas finish closing the “U” and continue on the upper floor.

Concrete and stone are the clear protagonists of the house. The heavy, opaque and rigid aspect, which it has on its most public side, becomes light and fluid in its most private, becoming a concrete sheet that gradually creates the planes that frame the large glass windows.
