During the tour, visitors will enter labyrinthine spaces thanks to the multiplying effect of mirrors, strategically placed to create an optical illusion somewhere between magical and beguiling.

Well-being and Contemplation

Many of the spaces in this edition have been designed to be both functional and contemplative. While inviting visitors to interact with the elements, they offer an introspective experience in search of well-being and relaxation. In this way, the environment connects emotionally with the user through light, color, textures, sound, and materials, as if it were an emotional refuge. Water becomes an element of transformation, through which sensations are transmitted and welcoming spaces are created, with sheets of water, fountains, ponds, or small pools.

Living Spaces

The home is redefined as a flexible space that eliminates boundaries between rooms, favoring the interconnection of the family unit and the versatility of tasks. For years, we’ve been witnessing a restructuring of traditional typologies, which now increasingly need to adapt to different uses and activities. The kitchen is probably the space that has evolved the most, moving from being a simple cooking area to becoming the nerve center of the home. This is demonstrated by many projects that include different areas (living areas, play areas, dining areas, etc.) organized around the heart of the kitchen.

Integrated Technology

The incorporation of technology into design is capable of creating intuitive environments that amplify the user experience. There is an interest in integrating innovation, both in the materials and technologies used, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. We see this in recycled or biodegradable coatings, smart fabrics that transmit heat or sound, and biovinyl materials made from recycled clothing waste or PET plastics.
