Imperial – Tapas y Brasas doesn’t aim to reinvent the wheel, but rather to return to its roots: fire, charcoal, and quality ingredients.
Here, the grill isn’t just a technique; it’s the very essence of the cuisine. Vegetables, meats, and fish are cooked over charcoal with respect, without artifice, allowing the flavors to speak for themselves.
This project coexists with the original Imperial, maintaining its core identity while looking to the future with a more refined, visually appealing, and vibrant menu.
