CASA ALFINACH · VALENCIA - Antonio Altarriba Arquitecto

The Alfinach house sits on a long plot (23 X 54.5 m), where the north-south axis is the long side, taking into account the entrance on the short side that faces south. It is that shape of the plot and that orientation that will define the project definitively.

Access is made at the central point through a flight that leaves the volume of the study area on the first floor.

The rest of the rooms and rooms are available as a series of volumes that leave small exterior patios to allow them to have a double orientation and cross ventilation in each room. The complex is finished off with a small spa.

The materiality is the concrete for the porch, the masonry stone for the living room volume and the abstraction of the white multilayer cladding for the rest of the volumes.
