The art of building the exceptional

KVC Luxury Construction designs and builds luxury villas in Jávea and on the Costa Blanca, and fully renovates traditional houses and fincas. It was founded by Oliver Koch, Maeva Varlet and Tomás Crisóstomo.

Tomás Crisóstomo is the third generation of a Jávea family of builders; according to the company, the hand-cut stone of some traditional houses on Montgó bears his family's mark. He runs the building sites; Oliver Koch handles design and project management, and Maeva Varlet marketing and client relations. The builder is part of the same group as the estate agency Koch & Varlet Luxury Realtors, which markets the villas they build.

Their motto, as published in Class & Villas: "Our homes do not shout luxury. They whisper it. Because true luxury is not what impresses, but what endures."

New builds and renovations

They build bespoke villas from scratch and transform old fincas and traditional houses, using materials such as tosca stone, wood and travertine marble. They take care of the whole process: permits, management, site coordination, quality control and handover. According to the company, most of its clients are international and building in Spain for the first time, so they are kept informed at every step, even from afar.

They have their own team: a project manager, administration and client service, and skilled site workers.
