Spaanse Hypotheek helps buyers, investors and business owners from the Netherlands and Belgium finance a home in Spain, with the northern Costa Blanca among its main areas.

It is the trading name of KP Spain Consultancy Group SL, a real estate credit intermediary registered with the Banco de España under number D484, with an office in Valencia. It was founded by Patrick Kruger, who since 2015 has helped Dutch entrepreneurs and high-net-worth buyers finance property in Spain. According to the company, it works daily with more than twelve Spanish and international banks.

For business owners

Its speciality is entrepreneurs and director-shareholders of Dutch companies (DGAs), whose income Spanish banks assess differently: they look at net taxable income rather than the company's turnover or assets. The team reviews each client's structure and income, negotiates with the banks and supports the purchase, tax and paperwork. They work with purchase prices from €250,000.

The process has four steps:
